Customer Andrew Billingham explains why he nominated Dave Mulholland of Farmbike and Mower Services for an Awesome Service Award.
"My ride on lawn mower dropped a blade, and being the busiest grass growing time of the year I needed it fixed fast.
Dave knew I had been working long hours and the lawns were in need of major attention.
My neighbour dropped off the mower deck and I dropped in during the week to review progress, and was told it would be ready on the Friday before Anniversary weekend and arranged to pick it up on the Saturday.
Dave called me on the Friday afternoon at work and said that he had dropped the mower back to my house ( a good 45 minute round trip) as was going to have the long week end off, knew I needed it over the weekend, and that there was no chance of picking it up on the Friday.
He could have just called and said he wasn't going to be open, but went out of his way for me."
