"I had been planning a kitchen renovation for a very long time and had done a lot of research on kitchen appliances.
During the course of my research looking at different brands and comparing the pros and cons of each, I came across Faris at Harvey Norman Electrical in Mt Wellington.
I am not the sort of person who is impressed easily and I never thought I would ever take the time to write to a website to nominate someone but I think that Faris deserves to be recognised.
He is someone who certainly knows his products inside out. So often, you talk to sales people who try and bluff their way through but Faris genuinely knows his stuff. He could answer every question I threw at him!
I could tell that he was genuinely interested in his job and took the time to do the study and research required of him.
Not only that, he has a lovely personality and there was never any pressure at all to buy anything.
I didn't buy anything the first time I went to the store. When I went back two weeks later, he was as helpful as ever.
He went out of his way to contact the suppliers.
Nothing was too much trouble for Faris. He followed up after I bought the appliances and rang me up personally to keep me updated on the delivery.
It was such a pleasure dealing with Faris".
