Congratulations Bo Burns!
Bo Burns, sales and marketing director at All About Promotions in Auckland, is the July KiaOraMai Awesome Service Award winner.
Bo was nominated by client Ashley Baxter for what he describes as exceptional customer service over the past three years.
Here’s what Ashley said in his nomination:
“I first met Bo when needing to replace our company’s very outdated uniforms. I knew nothing about what I wanted and had a limited budget (I was under instructions from my boss that we needed to cut current spending by 15%)
I told Bo about the cost pressures, and when she pitched the line she was recommending it looked great, and amounted to savings of around 20%.
The new range was awesome! It was loved by everyone, including my senior bosses who were sceptical in the first place.
Since then Bo and All About Promotions has sourced any promotion-related stuff I have needed: whether it’s a couple of customized wine boxes or several hundred car shades. I always know Bo will get me anything I need, and be cheaper than everyone else.
I recently changed companies and made some huge brownie points when I changed the company’s supplier to Bo and All About Promotions. Not only did she save our company money, but the staff love the new gear.
I know I can always rely on Bo and, better still, she makes me look good to my boss at a time when money is tight and the building industry is struggling. To me that’s awesome service.”
