"We are moving house - a hard chore at the best of times! We had a pile of unwanted goods under the house - just junk that had to go! I had seen the Junk 2 Go trucks parked every now and then on Tamaki Drive. I looked them up on the web and found that they had a good marketing discount offer as well. So, I gave them a call. The service was professional from start to finish. Dealing with their telesales team was fabulous - they knew their subject, their terms and they were on to it. On the day of the junk collection, typical Auckland traffic held the team up, but they called in advance to let me know they were running late (that was great). Not only were they quick removing our junk, they were also great in terms of noticing items that we may wish to keep. Friendly, smiling and clearly proud of what they do! I am very happy to recommend and use their services again! What I really liked was that my feedback was passed on to their owner and he personally came back to me to say thank you."
