However going the extra mile when the pressure is on is a sure sign of a commitment to providing excellent service no matter what.As Claire Del explains, this was the case when Kirsten Wolfgramm of Oliver Young Print came to the rescue during a stressful week.
"We recently had one of those weeks every business dreads; two staff down and a huge deadline to meet. To top it off a master-file containing a week's worth of work became corrupted and was therefore unusable. By late Thursday we'd exhausted the most highly qualified temp designer we could find and had our ever-faithful IT partners try everything they could. There was no way we'd make our print deadline so we put in the call to our print company; Oliver Young. Oliver Young's response was nothing short of amazing. Our account manager, Kirsten Wolfgramm, insisted their first step would be to try salvaging the faulty file and offered to send a specialist into our offices immediately. Not only did the Oliver Young work on the file non-stop so that our work went to print on time, they offered their in-house design services for the backlog of work we'd built up during the problems. The charge? Nothing. Our experience with Oliver Young has cemented our relationship with them for years to come. Their service and work quality has always been at a level to which others could aspire, but this example of going above and beyond the call of duty is one that should be both celebrated and rewarded".
