Fantastic customer service can sometimes be one off acts - but just as important are those who provide outstanding service every day.
One of those people is Lisa Farrell who is well known in her community for the care she shows her customers at Khandallah Pharmacy in Wellington.
Customer Lucia Hollis explains why she nominated Lisa for a KiaOraMai Awesome Service Award:
"Lisa is an amazing woman who from the moment you go into the shop greets you with a warm smile and treats you with the utmost respect and kindness. A lot of people go there to pick up scripts as they are unwell and Lisa takes care of them in the most caring way. I have never encountered her on a bad day, and with it being a busy place she has to juggle herself often but never gets flustered or rushes you. Lisa is a joy to watch especially with the elderly who all just love her, she has the warmest most genuine smile and always has kind words to say. Working in the area I hear a lot of feedback and overwhelmingly. She is the most popular person I know in the village. I would love to see all her hard work recognised she totally deserves to win."
