"I work as a cook at "Ukidz" - a day care in Palmerston North. Weekly I place an order with M & P Young and the only face to face contact I have with this business is with their delivery person whom is alway so polite and oblidging. For the past 16 months I have been placing orders with them. Consistantly they give outstanding service from the smile in the voice of the person taking the telephone order on a Friday to the nothing is too much trouble for their delivery person on a Monday. I am a fussy purchaser and an example of their commitment to a satisfied customer is as follows: Each week I order 7 bunches of bananas. I like them to be of quality throughout the week. Hence the packer supplies some that are ready to eat on delivery and some greener ones for later in the week. This to me demonstrates the culture of the business. Always awesome service and striving to keep me - their customer happy. Should I forget something it is happily delivered on their next run into town. I think they deserve to be recognised for their great service!
