Congratulations Wayne Goodall!
The story behind this week's KiaOraMai Awesome Service winner shows the value of providing great customer service in creating customer loyalty.
Paerata Motors client Natalie Bunning explains why she nominated owner Wayne Goodall for an award:
"I take my car to Wayne Goodall (the owner of Paerata Motors, Pukekohe) for service from Remuera in Auckland to Pukekohe because he is honest, obliging, pleasant and reliable. Recently I had an urgent need for his help because of a very loud noise in the car. He made an appointment as soon as he could and I had my car taken from Auckland to Pukekohe on a truck. I followed later and arrived to find he was extremely busy, but I was met with his usual pleasantness. The next day I had my car back and the evidence to show exactly what the trouble was – a stone had lodge in a disc brake (Wayne always keeps the offending part to show his customers). I really appreciate his efficiency as there is not enough of his type of service. Many New Zealanders seem to have a nonchalant attitude when it comes to delivering service, so I believe in rewarding good service when I experience it. We need more people like Wayne who really care about their customers.
