"Off the street, I went to buy inks and was met by a woman called Vivienne. She was so attentive and interested in me and my purchases. I felt so important. (AND I found a bag of lollies in the bottom of my bag!) Months later I went again and she remembered my name! (And of course my bag of sweets!) I received the same selfless service every time. Sometime later I called, she wasn't there! I genuinely felt let down. On enquiring I discovered that she was recovering from chemo. All that time she had known and had genuinely smiled and cared because I (the customer) was important. During Vivienne's absense I had the same amazing and attentive service from her superior which was above and beyond and not forgetting my bag of lollies either! I could never, ever, rate anybody or any company above this one for AWESOME AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE."
