Tanya Hopman explains:
"On the night of the ACDC concert in Auckland a terrible person in a Jeep Cherokee smashed into my roller garage door and drove off. The following day I rang Windsor Doors and asked if they could guide me as to the best way to fix it as I couldn't afford the excess if I were to claim it on insurance (I only got a partal number plate) and I couldn't afford to pay to have it repaired. They gave me Glenn's number (their contractor) and he explained over the phone the best way to approach the job and took down my address details. About 2 hours after the call he phoned back and said he would like to pop over to check, that it was on route to another job and that it would be no charge. I was a bit suspicious (who does that!) but sure enough he turned up, helped me to finish the repair AND would'nt even take the $10 I offered him for petrol or a beer and this was 5:05pm on a Friday! Wow! Awesome service and restored my faith in human nature."
Congratulations to Glenn Wickens of Windsor Doors. A worthy winner of a KiaOraMai Awesome Service Award!
