Property Manager Debbie McKenzie has won a KiaOraMai Awesome Service Award for the great customer service she showed while taking care of a client's rental home over the Christmas break.

"Debbie looks after a rental property in Invercargill for us. Over the Christmas holidays our tenant stopped paying rent and Debbie spent this already busy period (including coming back for a week between holidays) sorting this out so that by the time we knew about it, new tenants were already signed up! It can't be too pleasant dealing with court orders or chasing tenants for rent at the best of times but Debbie did it without hesitation and even found new tenants, all over the Christmas break. We are so grateful to Debbie for her looking after our property with such commitment. The exceptional service Debbie provides us allows us precious time to relax, safe in the knowledge that our property is being managed by someone who really cares."
