"Every time I go into this business I get absolutely amazing service. Not only is the service friendly and efficient, but the level of product knowledge and support is second to none. Recently I went in there with a problem that I was having with my mast and asked if they would be able to make changes to it for me. Grant spent the time to explain to me why the changes that I suggested would not work and why it had been manufactured the way it was. Not only did it mean that he missed out on extra work that they could have charged me for, he also offered an alternative solution. I saved a lot of time and money by not making the changes; but also ended up with a superior solution. This guy is amazing - he makes me feel like I am the most important customer in the world!"
